What
should I
work out?

Casual Fit answers that before you talk yourself out of it. Then it answers the next three: how to do it, what to eat, and whether any of it is working.

Beginner full body, session A. Yours is picked from your goal, your experience, the days you train, and whether that happens in a gym or at home.

Each exercise can show a demo, the muscles it uses, and the mistake people make. The workout is saved on the phone, so a bad gym signal does not end the session.

The day

Four answers, then you train.

  1. 01

    Train

The session is already chosen. You get the exercise, the sets, the reps, the rest, and a demo. If a machine is taken, you swap it for an alternative we already have.

    Eat

Log the food you actually cook. Nigerian, British, and international plates sit in the same list. Calories and macros are labelled estimated or verified. We do not invent a precise number.

Roast chicken, potatoes, and green beans
  3. 03

    Track

Weight, workouts finished, and time trained. The streak stays intact on a planned rest day. Sunday is rest unless you say otherwise.

    Grow

The plan comes from your goal, your experience, your days, and whether you train in a gym, at home, or both. You can change the week.

The plans

Pick a week. Change it.

  • Gym or home

    Beginner full body

Three sessions for someone new to it.

  • Gym or home

    Muscle building

A week aimed at size, including a home version with a chair.

  • Gym or home

    Strength

Heavier sets on the main lifts, or harder bodyweight when there is no barbell.

  • Gym or home

    Fat loss

The lifting stays. Short walks are added. Muscle work is not removed.

  • Gym or home

Open to every user. Gender does not hide it.

  • Gym or home

    Push, pull, legs

    Bro split

    One focus each session.

Home sessions use what you own: dumbbells, bands, a pull-up bar, a bench, a kettlebell, or nothing but the floor.

House rules

What the app will not pretend.

  1. 01Gender never locks a programme. Templates suggest. They do not close a door.
  2. 02Calorie and macro targets are estimates, not a prescription and not medical advice.
  3. 03If we cannot be sure a meal is safe for your allergy, we do not recommend it.
  4. 04A planned rest day does not break the streak.
  5. 05Progress photos stay on your account. Another user cannot see them.
  6. 06Pain is a reason to see a professional. The app does not diagnose an injury.
